FAQ &OurPolicies

Why does pricing on color vary?

Color pricing can vary due to several factors:

  • Hair Length & Thickness: Longer or thicker hair requires more product and time.

  • Technique & Special Effects: Precision foiling, balayage, or special patterns can increase service time.

  • Stylist Experience: Stylists with more advanced training or years of experience may charge more.

Your stylist will provide a price tailored to your hair’s needs. First-time color guests are encouraged to schedule a consultation to ensure proper timing and pricing.

What’s the difference between a trim and a haircut?

There’s no real difference. A “trim” (even ¼ inch) takes just as much precision and time as a full haircut.

  • Bang Trims: Only a few minutes and complimentary after a haircut.

What is a new talent service?

Our New Talent program introduces licensed, newly graduated stylists through lower introductory pricing on select services. These stylists have completed advanced in-salon training and provide the same high-quality service at a reduced cost.

Can I try a different stylist?

Yes! Guests often rotate stylists for variety. Changing stylists within our salon is perfectly fine, your previous stylist will not be offended.

How long will my color last?

With proper care, color typically lasts 4–8 weeks (5–6 weeks is average). Longevity depends on:

  • Frequency of washing and water temperature

  • Sun exposure

  • Hair type and color (reds fade faster)

Using high-quality, color-safe products is key. Inexpensive shampoos with detergents or heavy conditioners can strip color quickly.

Price match guarantee

We match prices on identical professional hair products from authorized licensed dealers:

  • Must be the same brand, size, and formulation

  • Proof of lower price required at purchase

  • Cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions

We reserve the right to decline unverified or ineligible products.

What happens if I cancel or
no-show?

A valid credit card is required to book appointments online or by phone. We require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes:

  • Late Cancellation: 25% of the service fee will be charged.

  • No-Show: 100% of the service fee will be charged.

Emergencies are considered at management’s discretion. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

If you arrive late, your stylist may not be able to perform the full service, and our cancellation policy may apply. No refunds or carryovers are available.

What happens if I'm late?

If you anticipate being late, please call as soon as possible. While we try to accommodate late arrivals, your service may be shortened or rescheduled if you arrive 10–15 minutes late. Repeated lateness may result in a 50% charge of your appointment.

What if I’m not happy with my service?

Please tell us immediately! We don’t issue refunds, but we will do everything possible to correct the situation. Guest feedback helps us improve and ensures you get value from your service.

Why do stylists charge different prices?

Prices reflect experience and education level. You are welcome to request a stylist within your preferred price range.

Where should I park?

  • There's meter parking in the train station parking lot

  • Side streets nearby
